Delete Your mWorld Account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app
- Open mWorld and sign in.
- Open your profile or account settings.
- Select the account or privacy section.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm the request.
Request deletion by email
Email support@mworld.life from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject mWorld Account Deletion Request and include your username.
Security note: We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
What deletion includes
Deletion removes or de-identifies your account profile and associated user content from active systems, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, transaction, and operational retention requirements.
Before deleting
- Save any photos, vehicle details, messages, or records you want to keep.
- Cancel active subscriptions through the App Store, Google Play, or the original payment method. Deleting an account may not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
- Complete or resolve any active marketplace transaction.
