Before contacting support
- Install the latest version of mWorld from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart the app and confirm your internet connection.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Describe what happened and the steps that led to the issue.
- Include screenshots when they do not expose passwords, payment details, VINs, or other sensitive information.
Account and login help
For password resets, verification, inaccessible accounts, or suspected compromise, email support from the address associated with your account when possible.
Safety and marketplace reports
Use in-app reporting for suspicious users, listings, messages, or content. For urgent account-security concerns, include “URGENT ACCOUNT SECURITY” in the email subject.
Privacy requests
For data access or privacy requests, email support and clearly identify the request. Account deletion instructions are available on the Delete Account page.
