Marketplace Listing Policy
Guidelines for listing vehicles, parts, memorabilia, services, and other automotive items on mWorld.
1. Accurate Listings
Listings must use truthful titles, descriptions, photos, prices, locations, categories, and fitment details. Do not hide known damage, material defects, ownership issues, or important restrictions.
2. Prohibited Listings
Do not list stolen property, counterfeit goods, fraudulent documents, unlawful goods or services, hazardous materials, items that violate intellectual-property rights, or anything prohibited by applicable law or MWorld policy.
3. Vehicle Listings
Vehicle listings may require a valid VIN and identity verification. Sellers must have the legal right to sell the vehicle and must disclose title status, known major damage, mileage accuracy, and any lien or ownership limitation.
4. Parts and Fitment
Sellers should provide part numbers and compatible year, make, model, trim, or engine details when known. Buyers remain responsible for confirming fitment before purchase or installation.
5. Services
Service providers must accurately describe qualifications, service areas, pricing, timelines, and limitations. Licenses or insurance must be maintained where required by law.
6. Transactions and Safety
MWorld provides discovery and listing tools but is not the buyer, seller, dealer, escrow agent, transporter, or guarantor. Use secure payment methods, verify identities and ownership, inspect items, and meet safely.
7. Fees and Promotions
Listing, verification, promotion, or boost fees may apply and will be shown before purchase. Paid promotion does not imply MWorld endorsement.
8. Enforcement
MWorld may edit, reject, remove, reduce distribution of, or investigate listings and may restrict accounts that violate this policy.
9. Reporting
Report suspicious listings in the app or email support@mworld.life.
