By using MWorld, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Name and username
• Email address
• User ID associated with your account
• Age or date of birth
• Profile photo (if provided)

Authentication Notice:
Phone numbers may be used transiently for security or authentication purposes (such as one-time passcodes), but are not stored, retained, or associated with user profiles.

b. User Content and Activity

• Posts, comments, and messages
• Garage content and vehicle profiles
• Uploaded media (photos and videos)

Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users.

c. Vehicle Information (User-Provided)

• Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)
• License plate information
• Vehicle descriptions and specifications

Vehicle information is entered voluntarily by users when creating vehicle profiles or listings.

• VINs may be required for certain marketplace listings to verify authenticity
• VIN and license plate details entered into vehicle profiles are not publicly visible unless you choose to display them
• MWorld does not use VINs or license plate data for cross-app tracking or external advertising

d. Transactional Data

• Subscription status
• Purchase history (such as profile boosts, promoted listings, or marketplace upgrades)

Payment Processing:
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). MWorld does not store or have access to full payment card or banking information.

e. Usage and Diagnostic Data

• Searches performed within the app
• Feature interaction and engagement data
• App crash logs and performance metrics

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the MWorld platform
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Enable posting, messaging, marketplace activity, and subscriptions
• Display in-app promoted listings and featured content
• Personalize content and recommendations within the app
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Respond to support requests
• Analyze usage trends to improve features and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Advertising & Promotions

MWorld may display in-app promotional content, including promoted listings or featured posts.

• Advertising data is used only within the MWorld platform
• We do not track users across other apps or websites
• We do not sell personal data
• We do not share personal data with third-party advertising networks for cross-app tracking

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only:

• With service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing)
• With law enforcement or regulators when required by law
• With other users when you choose to make content public

5. Your Rights and Choices

a. Account Management

You may update or delete your account information within the app.

b. Data Access and Portability

You may request access to your data or a copy of it by contacting support.

c. Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account by emailing support@mworld.life.

Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

d. Communications Preferences

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

MWorld is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

8. International Users

MWorld is currently available only in the United States. This policy is governed by U.S. law. As we expand internationally, this policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Vehicle Identification and Media Privacy

• VINs may be required for certain listings to verify authenticity
• VIN and license plate details entered into vehicle profiles are private by default
• Photos or videos uploaded by users may contain visible VINs or license plates
• MWorld does not automatically obscure or redact such information

Users are responsible for reviewing content before uploading.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of MWorld constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
