MWorld Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MWorld — a digital platform that allows users to connect, share, and trade their passion for vehicles and related content. These Terms govern your use of our mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using MWorld in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Listing Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be 13 years or older to use MWorld.
Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

1A. Account Verification and Text Messaging

MWorld uses text messaging (SMS) as part of its account verification and security process. This includes, but is not limited to, sending one-time passcodes (OTP), two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and account-related alerts.

By creating an account or providing your contact information, you consent to receive text messages from MWorld for purposes including:

Account creation and verification
Login authentication and password resets
Security alerts and notifications related to your account

By registering, you:

Consent to receive SMS messages for verification and security purposes
Confirm that the number you provide is accurate and under your control
Acknowledge that standard carrier rates may apply

You may not opt out of security or transactional messages (e.g., OTPs or 2FA). However, you may opt out of promotional or marketing communications by following opt-out instructions or contacting support@mworld.life.

2. Platform Overview

MWorld allows users to:

Create public or private profiles
Post text, images, videos, and garage collections
Engage with others through comments and reactions
List and transact items (e.g. parts, collectibles, vehicles)
Upgrade accounts through paid services like:
- Membership tiers (e.g., Core, xCar+, Elite)
- Profile boosts
- Marketplace listing upgrades
- Vehicle profile transfers

3. Paid Services

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscription terms, fees, and renewals are disclosed at checkout.
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
xCar Fleet, LLC reserves the right to change prices or features with notice.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain rights to the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within MWorld.

You agree not to:

Post unlawful, violent, discriminatory, or explicit content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Use MWorld for scams, fraud, or unsafe transactions
Upload or link to harmful code or malicious software
Circumvent access controls or abuse platform features

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Marketplace Transactions

MWorld facilitates peer-to-peer listings but does not guarantee item condition, legitimacy, or delivery.
Sellers are responsible for honoring listings and complying with all laws.
ID verification is required for all listings.
Fees may apply to certain listing types or upgrades (see Listing Policy).

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior on the platform.

You may delete your account at any time via settings. Some information may remain archived for legal or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All MWorld branding, code, and assets are owned by xCar Fleet, LLC. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute our materials without express permission.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

9. Disclaimers

MWorld is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform availability, or data integrity. We are not liable for user behavior or third-party activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, xCar Fleet, LLC will not be liable for:

Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages from misuse, disputes, or third-party interactions
Service interruptions beyond our control

11. Dispute Resolution

By using MWorld, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in the State of Tennessee, under the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of MWorld after changes constitutes your acceptance.

13. Vehicle Data Disclosure

When creating vehicle profiles or listings, you may enter sensitive data such as Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) or license plate numbers.

VINs are required for vehicle listings on MWorld and are used to ensure listing credibility.
VINs and license plate data added to your profile are stored privately and not publicly displayed unless you choose to include them in your listing content.
Media uploaded by users (photos, videos) may contain visible VINs or license plate numbers. MWorld does not scrub, blur, or automatically redact this data.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any media or documents you upload do not unintentionally expose sensitive information if you prefer to keep it private.

By submitting such content, you acknowledge that you have the right to share it and accept responsibility for what is made public.
