MWorld Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MWorld, a digital platform that allows users to connect, share, and trade their passion for vehicles and related content. These Terms govern your use of our mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using MWorld, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Listing Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be 13 years or older to use MWorld.
  • Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

1A. Account Verification and Text Messaging

MWorld may use text messaging for account verification and security, including one-time passcodes, two-factor authentication, password resets, and account-related alerts. Standard carrier rates may apply. Security and transactional messages cannot be opted out of while using the related feature.

2. Platform Overview

MWorld allows users to create profiles, post content, build garage collections, communicate with others, participate in groups and events, and list or discover automotive items and services.

3. Paid Services

  • Paid features, subscriptions, boosts, and marketplace upgrades may be offered.
  • Prices, renewal terms, and included features are disclosed at checkout.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app marketplace.
  • xCar Fleet, LLC may change prices or features with notice.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant MWorld a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Platform.

You may not post unlawful, violent, discriminatory, explicit, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content; impersonate others; abuse platform features; or use MWorld for scams or unsafe transactions. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Marketplace Transactions

  • MWorld facilitates peer-to-peer listings but does not guarantee condition, legitimacy, payment, delivery, or performance.
  • Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Verification or listing fees may apply to certain categories or features.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, harmful behavior, fraud, or misuse. You may delete your account through the app or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page. Some information may be retained when legally or operationally required.

7. Intellectual Property

MWorld branding, software, code, and company-created assets are owned by xCar Fleet, LLC and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Disclaimers

MWorld is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform availability, data integrity, or the behavior of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xCar Fleet, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; user disputes; third-party conduct; or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee and the United States. Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Tennessee unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Vehicle Data Disclosure

Vehicle profiles or listings may include VINs, license plates, and media that visibly contains identifying information. Private fields are not displayed publicly unless you choose to include them in public content. MWorld does not automatically blur information appearing in uploaded media. Review your uploads before posting.
