End User License Agreement
This EULA governs your use of the mWorld mobile application.
1. License
xCar Fleet, LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use mWorld for personal or authorized business use, subject to these terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, circumvent security, access the app through unauthorized automated means, or use it unlawfully.
3. Accounts and Content
You are responsible for your account and content. Platform use is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable marketplace rules.
4. Updates and Availability
The app may update automatically. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Internet access and compatible hardware may be required.
5. Third-Party Services
mWorld may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, maps, analytics, authentication, and cloud providers. Their terms may also apply.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
7. Termination
This license ends if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, stop using and remove the app.
8. Apple and Google Terms
When downloaded from an app marketplace, that marketplace is not responsible for operating mWorld except as required by its standard terms. Marketplace-specific refund, licensing, and device rules may apply.
